**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Be fully responsible for the daily management of the Tooling department, including organizational construction, manpower planning and training plan.

Responsible for the continuous improvement of mold processing technology, mold production quality management, production efficiency management, production arrangement management, mold cost management, mold production automation capability improvement, etc.

Establishing work schedules and staffing requirements for Tooling departments, including purchasing new equipment when necessary

Developing new methods for producing products that have lower costs or improved quality or both

Directing the work of machine operators and other manufacturing personnel to ensure quality standards are met

Estimating costs and preparing budgets for new projects or product lines

Training employees in proper safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure that materials are available for production as needed

**Skills Required**:
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

More than 4 years working experience in mold related management positions in precision mold factories, and more than 4 years overall management experience in mold factories.

Be proficient in mold processing technology and production planning, be proficient in at least one of CAM, CNC and EDM technologies, and be familiar with all processes of the mold factory;
Have the management concept of modern mould factory, and have comprehensive theoretical basis and practical management and control ability for micron-level precision processing;
Proficient in mold structure, skilled in dealing with abnormal quality in mold processing, and able to give a quick and effective mold repair program for mold problems;
Less than 45 years old

**Work arrangements**

Office hour : 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
