IT Executive

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

4. Providing technical support across the company, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

5. To manage and update IT inventory (PCs, servers and etc)

6. Server administration : Domain/ file server (Create new user and grant access)

8. Create and implement the standard operating policies (SOP) and procedures of MIS/ IT department adhere to the company policies to ensure data accuracy & security.

10. To liaise with HR Team pertaining to new hires IT assets.

11. To prepare related reports as an when required.

**Job Requirement**:
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role.

3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and positive mindset.

4. Good knowledge in Active directory, Group Policies and Share Folder access/ structure.

5. Strong analytical, problem solving, documentations, requirement analysis and presentation skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
