**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals **who hold specific Accounting Degrees** to join our Trainee Program. This program offers a unique opportunity for recent Interns to gain valuable experience and professional development within our organization. As an Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of our company and industry, providing a solid foundation for your career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Orientation and Training**: Participate in an extensive onboarding program to familiarize yourself with our company's culture, values, and operations.

**Support**: Assist with work within each department, contributing to the successful completion of tasks, and gaining practical experience.

**Mentorship**: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals to help shape your career path.

**Performance Evaluation**: Undergo performance evaluations and receive feedback to aid your professional development.

**Collaborative Initiatives**: Collaborate with fellow trainees and colleagues to complete team projects and tasks.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Recent graduates with a **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to make a positive impact in the engineering world.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- **Internship period starts from March**
