1) To be responsible in receiving daily order/request for transport from Customer and process in system accordingly

2) To ensure data process (key-in) in system are correct and accurate before finalize the document. Open and closing job in AilisXe system must be on real time basis

3) To be responsible in updating driver assignment, movement data and POD in system

4) To be responsible in coordinating the submission of POD with Transporter and ensure obtain within the KPI

5) To be responsible in preparing and submission of Daily Customer Report

6) To be responsible in compiling and prepare duplicate copy of all related document before submit to Billing Team with acknowledgement list

7) To handle any other task assigned by immediate superior
- Minimum of 1 year experience in transport operation
- Computer knowledge is compulsory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
