**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and answer inquiries.

2. **Sales Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

3. **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Conduct product training sessions for team members as needed.

5. **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in indoor sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2. **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific software/tools] is a plus.

3. **Attitude**:

- Positive and proactive approach to sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
