The Group Revenue Manager is primarily responsible to formulate and develop strategies to maximise all sales channels, not limited to online, and optimise yield for respective markets for all properties under the group, and / or direct intervention into revenue management of specific properties where needed to achieve targets. The Group Revenue Manager is expected to deliver results at group level and drive revenue management of the same to achieve targets at property level as well.

Responsibilities also includes setting relevant sales and revenue management policies, as well as to manage third party sales partners to the best interest of the Group. The Group Revenue Manager is expected to be competent in managing all related systems, reporting and maintenance of such to ensure uninterrupted operations, and to identify, source or procure analytic needs to achieve, benchmark and report performance targets.

- Set sales & pricing performance targets at Group level
- Set sales & pricing performance targets at Property level
- Formulate Sales & Pricing Strategies
- Set sales, revenue and yield policies
- Manage sales & pricing of channels, not limited to online
- Direct and manage property level’s revenue and / or e-commerce management
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly performance
- Manage strategies based on calendar highlights of target markets, including but not limited to holidays, festivals and events
- Procure and monitor industry / market performance and benchmark at Group and Property level
- Report and present performance of Group and at Property level against targets and market
- Set yearly pricing growth targets for all properties & at group level

Reporting to Group Head of Sales, and / or CEO where available.
