Cameron Bharat Plantation Sdn Bhd is a distinguished tea plantation company nestled in the scenic Cameron Highlands, Pahang. Known for our premium tea products, we are dedicated to excellence in both our agricultural practices and our business operations. We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Sales & Marketing Department.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Promote and sell Cameron Bharat Plantation’s tea products to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.

**Sales Strategy and Performance**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales tactics and strategies.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Use CRM systems to manage customer information and sales pipeline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
