Digital Performance Marketer

Strategize and optimize digital campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze performance data, derive insights and implement data-driven decisions.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate on testing and refining ad creatives for optimal performance.
- Implement targeted audience strategies for efficient campaign delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Undertake any additional performance marketing related tasks assigned by the Company.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist and plan for LIVE event on social media

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and measurable results.
- Result and KPI driven
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams with very good personalities
- Tech-savvy with AI software will be an added advantage

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
