CNC Machinist

**Position: CNC Machinist**

**Location: Bukit Rambai, Melaka**
**Salary: RM3,000 above**

**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production to meet or exceed targets.
- Create and manage monthly work schedules, ensuring staff are disciplined and productive.
- Work with the R & D Department on new product testing.
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery to keep production running smoothly.
- Handle the purchasing of materials to keep the production line well-supplied.
- Maintain safe and efficient manufacturing systems while improving production speed, efficiency and cost.
- Improve production processes and volume while maintaining high quality.
- Manage and identify semi-finished goods and work-in-progress products clearly.
- Follow ISO standards and safety regulations in all tasks.
- Keep track of employee attendance and discipline records.
- Educate employees on safety and health issues.
- Control material usage and manpower costs to avoid waste.
- Enhance CNC technology and techniques.
- Provide internal technical training to employees.
- Teach and reinforce the 5S organisational method in the workplace.
- Monitor the quality of production to ensure good productivity and that only quality products move to the next stage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Degree or Diploma in Machining Engineering, Mechanical or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience at CNC.
- Having CNC lathe and milling computerized programming knowledge, CAD, Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint would be an advantage.
- CNC Production Management knowledge and Manpower Management knowledge would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and corpse under pressure.
- Good communication and presentation.
- Able to speak Mandarin would be a great advantage including English and Bahasa.
- Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949:2015 will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
