- Posting supplier's invoices into the system and filling them.
- Posting Subcon invoices into the system.
- Posting and filling transporter invoices.
- Request SOA from suppliers/ purchasing on monthly basis.
- Prepare invoices and SOA for payment.
- Make payments and prepare payment vouchers.
- knock
- off payment and provide SOA for customers.
- Provide customers invoice and DO for collection.
- prepare document and invoice for TT payments.
- prepare documents for BA.
- Prepare listing for supplier payments, utilities, commission, claims, transporter.
- prepare bank reconciliation on daily basis.
- Any ad hoc assign by HOD.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Certificate/diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance
- SPM leavers encourage to apply.
- Able to work at Hicom Glenmarie Shah Alam.
- Possessed basic knowledge in accountancy.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
