**Responsibilities**:

- Process all regular, restricted and legal transfers; which include processing of payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
- Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
- Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed
- Develop comprehension of how the cash & trade operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives**Qualifications**:

- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective communication and analytical skills
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
- Act as a contact point for SCF buyer-centric program supplier’s post onboarding related inquiries
- Play a key role in facilitates resolution of inquiries for timely resolution of queries and optimal service delivery within desired timelines
- Liaising with all the internal partners like: Operations, Sales, Product, Implementation Team, etc. to facilitate resolution of inquiries
- Country coverage: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.
- Must proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Read, Write & Speak). Ability to converse in other languages will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Client interaction and have a flair for customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skill. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- A recognized tertiary qualification in Banking, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Management. Previous experience in financial services and knowledge of bank products in the scope of Supplier Finance will be advantageous.
- Able to work with team or independently in highly challenging environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
