Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and promotional events. Help coordinate logistics, develop marketing materials, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth. Compile and present findings to the marketing team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Help develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing calendars, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies relevant to the marketing landscape. Share insights with the team and brainstorm innovative strategies to capitalize on trends and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of design software will be an added advantage, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards challenges and feedback.
