**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct small group tutoring sessions with students.
- Facilitate customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to each student's needs and learning style.
- Assist students in understanding chemistry for both national syllabus and IGCSE Cambridge
- Help students improve their problem-solving skills and develop effective study strategies in an exam oriented way.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality instruction.
- Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools is a plus.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Tutoring sessions may take place during weekday evenings. We mostly try to arrange classes so teachers come in only once or twice a week.
