Bending Technician

Responsibilities:

- Ensure products processing are perform as per Route Card, Work instructions and Specifications Drawing.
- Report and faulty machine or tooling, defective material, components or products, any quality issue, etc to Supervisor.
- Observe and adhere strictly to Quality Policies, Safety Policies and Rules and Regulations of the company.
- Ensure the workplace is well maintained at all times with the 6s and Housekeeping in Tip top condition.
- To carry out other assignment or duties that may be adjusted according to the needs of the department or as required by the Supervisor.
- Resolve Line or Section technical issue arising during processing.
- Ensure manufacturing process run smoothly to minimize downtime.
- Reports to immediate Supervisor regarding any abnormalities or exceptional incidents or events.
- Conduct regular updating sessions/meeting to keep subordinated inform of current development, issue, feedbacks, customer complaints, etc.
- To assist Production Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to enforce good manufacturing practices & discipline of Production Operator.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with some experience in setting-up Machine in sheet metal industry.
- Preferably with minimum 2 year working experience in sheet metal industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,850.00 per month
