Job Description

**Description**
1. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the back of the house area including the dish washing area and all operating equipment.
2. Proper use and maintenance of all machinery and equipment at the stewarding area. 3. Ensuring that the equipment are well maintained, cutleries and silver wares are properly and safely stacked and maintained without causing breakages.
