IT Internship

- Work together with the Technical Support team on issues reported by clients
- Learn and practice basic day-to-day work or projects in a shared services environment
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faulty
- Identifying hardware and software solutions - computer / server / network / printer
- Prioritize and manage open tickets - 1st level support
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved with field reports plus logging & attending to the queries of clients and employees
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Performing other relevant support activities as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills plus organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Meticulous, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
