Fashion Buyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for buying based on marketing plan, setting budget, sales and fashion trends.
- Perform historical sales analysis by store and plan for the buying strategies.
- Manage inventory & distribution, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, promotions and markdowns.
- Generate, compile and analysis sell-through report, formulate and implement corrective action for slow moving merchandising.
- Provide feedback on merchandise and sales to Design Team.
- Ensure sufficient stock and product mix on the floor to generate sales and meeting target.
- Presentation of new collections and the unique selling points to stores
- Plan new merchandise arrival, launch date, distribution allocation and delivery schedule.
- Involve in store setup during new collection launches, promotional events and major festive seasons.
- To liaise with Visual Merchandising Team and Stores on seasonal launch.
- Regular market surveys and store visit to stay up to date on fashion trends and consumer behavior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, or Degree or equivalent.
- Min 3 to 5 years working experience in buying management would be advantage.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, problem-solving skills and detailed oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP system would be advantage.
- Require good command of English and Mandarin, to deal with an overseas vendor effectively.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
