Purchasing Assistant

Prepare and maintains purchase order.
- Oversees bidding process and prepares documentation for price quotes and bids.
- Processess all orders and prepares daily billing.
- Processess incoming purchases for inventory control and payment.
- Maintain files and records of materials.
- Ensure that inventory count is adequate, cost effective and accurate using various methods such as a full inventory count, cycle counting and spot checking.
- Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
- Receive inventory appropriately, checkling suppliers' document for accuracy before authorizing payment and storing inventory appropriately for safekeeping and efficient retrieval.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
