Commisioning Specialist

STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a COMMISIONING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. - Responsible for making sure that all of the equipment and facilities needed at a client’s site is installed correctly and safely, and that it works as expected. - Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation. - Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. - Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements. - Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier. - Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project programme requirements. - Supervise and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines. - Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists. - Conduct equipment checks and system tests in the field to ensure correct operation - Review test results and prepare test reports to confirm compliance with technical specifications
