**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible for on time order management from the point of order processing, trip assignment, printing of pick list and truck manifest.

2. Responsible for on time receiving of hard copy of the POD from trucking team and follow for the outstanding POD.

3. Responsible for on time POD scanning and uploading into system.

4. Responsible to manage the POD request from Customer and Unclean POD issues.

5. Responsible for filing the hard copy of the POD and safe keeping.

6. Handling customers complaint and escalations pertaining POD management.

7. Issuance of Manual Delivery Note for the delivery / Return Management.

8. Plays a backup role to perform the working colleague’s task in the event the colleague on leave.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM / DIPLOMA with 2 years working experience (preferably in related field).
- Computer literate with working knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Customer Service oriented with Phone communication skills.
- Able to communicate, read and write in basic English.
