Job Description

.Have at least 13 years working experience in Die Preparation (DA) equipment.
.Have knowledge on machine model Substrate Baking, Plasma cleaning, Normal Cure, High Pressure Cure with dynamic pressure & Die attach (Hitachi Bonder-DB830++,800 and 700) maintenance & repair.
.Able to hands on and provide Systematic problem analysis.
.Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems.
.Fast learner and able to work independently.
.Be available for overtime work when needed
.Must be able to work in 12 hours shift.
.Able to communicate in English will be priorities.

**Qualifications**:
.Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
.Have at least 13 years working experience in Die Preparation (DA) equipment.
