**Job Scope**:

- **Account Management**:

- Manage client accounts, including invoicing, billing, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.

**2. Payroll Management**:

- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to established timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns promptly and accurately.

**3. Communication Management**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding of tasks and requirements.

**4. Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payroll data, and client communications.
- Prepare and update necessary documentation, such as invoices, statements, and payroll reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**5. Problem Solving and Resolution**:

- Identify and address issues or discrepancies in payroll processing or client accounts.
- Proactively troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution as needed.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to accounting and payroll.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in accounting, payroll processing, or related roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and payroll systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
