Untuk menghubungi pelanggan/pelanggan untuk mengingatkan pembayaran untuk akaun yang telah lewat

Untuk menerangkan dan menjelaskan tentang ketidak bayar dan perkhidmatan produk lain

Untuk memujuk, berunding dan bekerjasama dengan pelanggan/pelanggan untuk membuat pengaturan pembayaran balik yang boleh dilaksanakan

Untuk membuat panggilan susulan dengan berkesan pada hari yang dijanji untuk membayar bayaran kepada pelanggan

Bekerjasama sebagai satu pasukan atau individu untuk mencapai sasaran pengutipan

Untuk melaksanakan apa-apa tugas atau tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan ini.

Minimum SPM atau Setaraf

**Tak perlu pengalaman**

Lepasan pengajian/pemegang SPM juga digalakkan memohon

Latihan akan disediakan

Calon yang berpengalaman boleh mengharapkan untuk mendapat gaji pokok yang lebih tinggi

Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Melayu dan Inggeris

Kebolehan bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu merupakan syarat wajib

Berkeboleh berkomputer

**FAEDAH**

Gaji Pokok RM2,000.00-2,200.00

Komisen pencapaian sasaran

Ganjaran Tunai

**Anggaran pendapatan bulanan RM 3,000.00-5,000.00**
