Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting the functions of the Student Affairs Department from the aspect of scholarship management and information related to financial support, recruitment and admission for prospective university students.
- Support the implementation of any task related to employment recruitment operations such as launching the management of the industry (sponsor side) to ensure that each "Bonded Scholarship" tied to the students meets the requirements of the contract that has been signed.
- Responsible for drafting, proposing, empowering the marketing plan and implementing the event "Jom Masuk Universiti" and "Jamin Belajar Jamin Kerja (JAMIN) 2024" so that project and tender operations are not disrupted.
- Responsible for all aspects of selecting, evaluating, recruiting and training support teams and agents.
- Responsible for traveling and carrying out tasks outside the area for the purpose of running the "Jom Masuk Universiti" and "Jelajah JAMIN 2024" events.
- Responsible for the management of student admission records for the deposit management guarantee of Insentif JAMIN and the management of final year student scholarships.
- Responsible for ensuring progress reports and impact reports are updated from time to time to superiors and clients.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
