**Scope of Position**

Implement Regional A/C MRO Strategy for MRO Hub, Customer Centers and Maintenance Centers in the region. Optimize cost effectiveness and competitiveness of MRO activities in the region. Accountable for the A/C MRO Performance of MRO Hub, Customer Centers and Maintenance Centers in the region and Optimize the development and deployment of resources, competencies and assets between the MRO Hub and the CCs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and provide on time and on quality technical and competitive costing elements for all A/C MRO offers (simple and complex) optimizing the use of Regional resources and assets
- Execute complex MRO contracts, ensuring on time, cost and quality delivery of the contracts
- Conduct Program Management of complex contracts managed by the region with significant complex MRO work scope
- Ensure that basic contract management competencies are developed within the CCs for executing local MRO A/C contracts
- To be CSM-customer support manager / front office to the customer & to be the focal point for the new customer / prospect for support & services in the region.
- Support definition and challenge of the complex A/C MRO S&OP and OP/FC inputs
- Develop and maintain the MRO resources and capabilities plan to ensure availability of the required competencies, qualifications as well as parts, tools and services to execute the MRO strategy
- To manage regional D level AC structural repair and develop dynamic component capabilities
- Drive and improve AC MRO performance of customer center and maintenance center in the region
- To support all the regional Head of Operations within APAC
- Consolidate & drumbeat Regional performance assessment, review and challenge performance of MRO Hub, Customer Centers and maintenance Centers in the region- Perform reviews with CCs to identify optimization of resource sharing- Share best practices within the region
- Plan, review and manage Regional staffing, resources deployment and utilization
- Identify, assess, manage and develop the required Regional competencies and skillsets; define or
contribute to the definition of development, succession and retention plans
- Execute the Regional MRO Aircraft Strategy
- Do the Costing of maintenance schedule for approval from the Head of P&P and Head of Operations.
Provide the forecasted aircraft inspection, routine & OTL/SLL spares and issuing Gantt Chart / milestone for planning purposes.
- Manage project / inspection / over & above of aircraft maintenance from initial to end for maintenance including workshop for blades, composite and etc.
- Create and update database for man hours productivity and efficiency, and manpower planning for on-going and forecasted maintenance work.
- Prepare and issuing work pack for inspection, defect, retrofit, AD/SB and etc. for maintenance to perform the task. Call-out and compile the Work Pack based on the Aircraft Status List and Maintenance Forecast.
- Pre-plan the required resources such as parts, components etc and also the necessary supporting documents. E.g,.ADs, SBs, EOs.
- To perform resources requirement study and perform man hours compilation to assist for providing man hours quotation for potential check.
- To maintain close communication with Chief Engineer/Foreman/Project Leader in ensuring smooth implementation of planned work and target and to ensure issues are resolved accordingly.
- To monitor the check progress during production stage and arrange necessary coordination and support to Production.
- Conduct Customer Survey with customers after completion of maintenance work, when applicable.

**Background and Skills**
- **Minimum Education **:Aviation Industry preferred. Sound planning and
- good inter personal skills with internal staff and customers and vendors
- **Minimum Experience**:5-10 years of experiences in planning area.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power point & Project, SAP.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting
- Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
