**YOUR TASKS**
- Handling of non-conforming shipments eg. DG, damage and found shipment.
- Updating of shipment/flight status files;
- Cutting of flight MAWB;
- Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile;
Conduct/Coordinate warehouse searches generated by network trace requests; or
shipment which have a process related
incident identified via QSMS
- Provide CIA imaging on specific request;
- Printing of shipment manifest for shipment lodgement;
- Provide movement alerts
- Support in general ops paperwork and administration requirement.
- Timely and accurately response to
requirements from Network conveyed through STM.
- Provide instructions to Ops should there be request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change.**OUR PROFILE**
- Exhibits an execptionalcreativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- 1 year experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry.
- Well
- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
- Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of working experience.
- Fork Lift License (preferable)
- Driving License (current and valid)
