**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities in Warehouse space /Logistics and distribution Services by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Attend to the customers' needs - both business and operations - to build and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by the Logistics Product Head.
- Support in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ).
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, which include sales visitation, updating new business potentials / sharing up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfaction, AR Outstanding statuses, and progress of business development activities.
- Communicate clearly the customers’ requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Operations and Customer Service teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in selling logistics services.
- Proficient in oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Possesses own transportation and a valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
