**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

**Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Provide regular budget updates and forecasts.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

**Conversion Optimization**:

- Implement strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create optimized and user-friendly landing pages.

**Stay Informed on Industry Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills.
