Lab Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Lab Assistant to support our R&D team in developing and testing health food products. The Lab Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the laboratory, conducting experiments, and assisting the team in various research activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist R&D Chemists in conducting experiments, tests, and analyses according to established protocols.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Participate in the preparation of prototypes and samples for sensory evaluation and testing.
- Support the documentation of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials, chemicals, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's diploma or relevant certification in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Lab Assistant or in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
