Internship - It

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage IT System & Infrastructure including Networking, Operating System, Servers and System Applications.
- Able to come up with best market practice on IT guidelines including IT Security Policies & Guidelines.
- Track & Monitor system logs and server performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot day to day issues with LAN, Servers, Switches and Firewall.
- Manage server infrastructure guidelines & requirements including back-up and remote access.
- In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC.
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support
- Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines, remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Motivated in problem solving.
- Able to work as a team and independently.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
