Planning
- Sales Tools, Events and Store display
- To provide suggestive and constructive improvement plan for the Household display in store
- To provide suggestive and constructive idea for increasing revenue
- To provide improvement plan in bringing better presentation to customer at the store
- To achieve sales target as per store allocation.
- To plan with VMD in setting up fabrics, furniture and houseware display
- To design selling tools for household department
- To organize customer event related to IA program

Routine / Daily on Sales Floor
- To provide assistant to customer enquires at the floor, giving interior advice to customer regarding layout design, furniture selection and storage adviceTo ensure and maintain the visualize merchandise standard as accordance in MujiGram.
- To ensure the progress of qualifying standards, in term of customer service, healthy working environment and safety at the work place are met.
- Assist to receive Household stocks and assembly of furniture when require.

Cashier Handling and Customer Service
- Effective and efficient cashiering handling procedure.
- To handle customer queries, feedback and complaints.
- To anticipate customer needs, handle customer enquiries, and solve problems

Training and Teamwork
- To co-ordinate training in selling skills and products knowledge
- To demonstrate positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication
- To prepare weekly sales report and monthly action plan

Others
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Store Manager/Operations Manager.

**; Requirements**:
- Interior design degree/diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in interior design consulting and managing projects.
- Proficient in design software including AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design principles color theory and spatial arrangements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with collaborative work approach.
- Willing to work shift on weekends. Duty roaster will be arranged by Store Manager.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
- Familiarity with industry trends materials and furnishings.
- Flexible in adapting to various design styles and client preferences.
