Principal - Kindergarten

**Job Overview**:
The Preschool Principal will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality care and education for children, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all. The Principal will work closely with families and staff to ensure that all children receive the best possible care and educational experiences.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to preschool and infant care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field to promote best practices and ongoing learning.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment, ensuring that all children receive appropriate and engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and professional development, ensuring that all staff members are fully trained and equipped to provide the best possible care and education.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children, ensuring that all staff members are trained in health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the community to promote the center and to foster positive relationships with local schools and organizations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a preschool or infant care center, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, and to build and maintain effective teams.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to preschool and infant care, and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
- Ability to develop and implement effective curriculum and educational programs.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for all children.
- Experience with community outreach and collaboration.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
