1. PA Jobs Descriptions:

- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf for MD and management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Maintaining databases, records and reports accurately and efficiently.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Assist and coordinate on behalf of MD.

2. Accounts Jobs Descriptions:
Account Payable & Receivable
- Manage plan
- Coordinate & justify amount payable
- Document safe keeping and filing
- Execute payment process (banking)
- Maintain records

3. Investment
- Explore, liaise and coordinate on investment activities.

4. Accounting
- Maintain Cash Book, P& L & Balance Sheet.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Putra Heights: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
