**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for credit control on ongoing project, sub-sales & rental;
- Responsible to assist in contract signing & provide mortgage assistance
- Responsible to assist Sales & Marketing Department on documents preparation;
- Ensure proper filing;
- Respond to after sales service issues and complaints;
- To prepare management report;
- Dealing with local authorities;
- Submission and renewal of end financing;
- Assist in project launches and other related events when required;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM **AND** Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Knowledge in dialects will be an added advantage;
- Possesses hands-on experiences in the relevant field is an added advantage;
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-pace environment;
- Must be positive character and good team player.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
