Location **:KAJANG, SELANGOR.**
**Job Description**:
- Schedule meetings and take minutes.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Track project expenses.
- Prepare requested documents for team members.
- Conduct research for team members.
- Create progress reports.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or in a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related works.
- Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.
Extra skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
