Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and procedures including interview procedure;
- Generate and review the content and placement of job postings in recruiting platforms;
- Responsible in identifying, developing and utilizing various recruiting sources to fulfil staffing needs;
- To determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans by brainstorming and discussing with operations team;
- Prepare documents for new onboarding employees;
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned.

Training
- Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff;
- Prepare training plans and schedule, track and monitor training budget to achieve resource optimization;
- Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness;
- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs;
- Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities;
- Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.

**Requirement**:

- Required minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field for this position.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is optional.
- Experienced in doing full cycle of Recruitment and possess strong knowledge of recruitment practices and guidelines.
- Possess a positive mindset, having the personality of a “People Person” and charisma of a trainer.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical mind, ability to work independently, initiative, well organised/planned and active.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
