The Role
- To compile risk & loss profile, treaty statistic and the necessary information for treaty renewal
- To work with the treaty brokers closely and handle queries from the reinsurers
- To assess facultative inward offer for acceptance
- To achieve facultative inward business target
- To ensure policies for facultative inward business are issued within time frame
- To obtain facultative reinsurance support for the underwriters and ensure all facultative outward arrangement are in order
- To monitor Co-Insurance transaction (CABCO)
- To ensure all transactions to/from CAB meets stipulated time frame
- To ensure reports to BNM, MNRB and Scheme Manager are submitted on time
- To adhere to AMLA provisions and all other applicable policies compliance matters concerning GEGM and the Great Eastern Group and be vigilant to uphold all policies in the discharge of duties
- Possess a Degree or professional qualification in any field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in general insurance and with at least 3.5 years in reinsurance background
- Good with experience in handling both facultative and treaty
- Maintain good Public Relation with insurer's/reinsurer's
