**A.** **JOB SUMMARY**
- In charge of branch day-to-day operation

**B.** **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sorting cheque for Pengarah Laut Wilayah Selatan and Ketua Pengarah Kastam
- Collecting & requesting invoice from vendors
- Sorting file for vessel
- Manage branches attendance
- Handle petty cash
- Manage office supplies, requesting item from HQ
- Key-in invoice into system
- Closing invoice and courier to HQ
- Assisting queries from account payable dept/account dept/invoicing/GL
- Sending total port call - monthly
- Collecting information for weekly vessel report - update weekly
- Making shipping claim - monthly

**D.** **REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Proficient in written and spoken of English and Malay
- Computer literate : MS Office, Excel, Words
- SPM and or working experience as business admin in any fields
- Able to multitask and work in a face pace environment
- Able to meet with tight deadlines and schedules
