Job scope
- Able to adapt any accounting system and our company use ONE SMART ACCOUNTING
- Purchasing toward suppliers and invoicing to client and our field is smartphone retail
- Able to do Credit Note to clients through accounting system
- Proactive regarding any after sale service issues with our clients
- Liase with accounting department every month regarding any accounting document
- Responsibilities to handling, prepare documents for issue and filing.
- Perform any other administration duties as and when the management required from time to time.
- Undertake various other administration duties, ad hoc function, and related duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Able to use Microsoft word & Excell
- Diploma above with 2 years working experience
- Mature, initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude
- Can work independently. Possess good inter-personal relationship skill
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
