Farm Executive

**ROLE**

i. You will support the Supervisor, whose operational responsibilities at the site include Black Soldier Fly (BSF) hatchery, breeding and BSF larvae production and laboratory.

ii. You will be responsible for all staff reporting to you; their well-being, integrity, work performance, etc.

iii. Report to the Junior Executive

**AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES AT THE SITE**

i. Formulate/modify existing job scopes of the department you are assigned to, and those of your subordinates.

ii. Weekly and monthly status reporting is required on production targets on BSF eggs re-production and BSF larvae cultivation with focus on mortalities rate (BSF eggs and BSF larvae), BSF larvae growth rate, inventories, and general state of operations.

iii. Ensuring that staff personnel under your supervision strictly adhere to company’s SOPs.

iv. Ensure staff safety and well-being.

v. Ensure that staff quarters and surrounding area are kept clean and tidy, all rubbish are disposed properly.

vi. Ensure farm’s cleanliness, safe, health, and epidemic prevention.

vii. Ensuring data are systematically recorded according to prescribed schedules by your staff and records are safety kept and accessible when needed.

viii. Ensuring that costs of operations are kept to a minimum and with agreed levels.

ix. Attend weekly meetings with the Junior Executive and/or Production Manager.

x. Ensuring that all equipment, air-conditioners, generation set, lightings, vehicles, green houses (no leaks) and laboratory apparatus are in good working condition.

xi. Perform periodic (regular) testing of end product - ensuring they meet with “approved” standards.

xii. Ensure that the site is safe and secured at all times.

xiii. Any other tasks that are assigned by the Junior Executive and/or Production Manager from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
