Through a combination of automation and consultation, our talented remote workers who handle tasks from remote assistance and customer service to sales lead generation and scheduling across various team members.

**Requirements**:

- Has the ability to project a professional tone for over-the-phone interviews
- Capable of building rapport, and nurturing relationships with customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese is a bonus
- Proficient in project productivity platform (i.e. Clickup)
- Knowledge in remote worker management, social media post design, data research, website setup, graphic design, recruitment are advantageous

**Responsibility**

**You will be assigned to a specific role based on your experience. **Here's an overview of some of the tasks for the different roles we have. Don't worries, our onboarding plan will make sure you're good enough to handle these challenges. And our business team take care of you and our clients, keeping everything running smoothly. Grow with the business, work with like-minded people and directly help to shape the future.

**General Role**:

- Schedule / prepare documents for meetings
- Call clients to request or follow up on documents and manage customer relationships

**Digital**:

- Manage multiple social media platforms and groups on those platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content in various media (e.g. articles, photos, videos, etc.), for different social media platforms

**Customer Support**:

- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the client’s product
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

**Bookkeeper**:

- Attend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Invoicing

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
