**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Perform basic office tasks, such as data entry, sorting mail, maintaining and updating records, google sheet, filing, operating office machines, and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitoring, keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriates, taking and delivering messages in timely manner.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technology skills (proficiency with google sheet and spreadsheet software).
- Result oriented, friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Time-management and planning skills, responsible and resourcefulness.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Availability to join immediately

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
