ERP Consultant

**Project Management**

Responsible for overseeing and managing consultancy projects from start to finish. This includes identifying project objectives, developing project plans, establishing timeframes, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Client Relationship**

Clients' primary point of contact for engaging them to understand their business needs, difficulties, and aspirations. It is critical to develop and maintain strong client relationships in order to provide great service and client satisfaction.

**Team Leadership**

Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts while encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes giving work, providing guidance, providing comments, and supporting your team members' professional development.

As a Lead, you will be responsible for constantly enhancing consulting approaches, tools, and processes. Staying current on industry developments and best practises will allow you to improve the consulting services you deliver to your team.

**Business Development**

You may be involved in company development initiatives on a case-by-case basis. Identifying new prospects, soliciting potential clients, participating in proposal drafting, and contributing to the expansion of the consulting practise are all part of this.

**Quality Assurance**

You will assure the quality and accuracy of your team's deliverables. This includes ensuring that reports, analysis, and recommendations meet the highest standards before they are provided to clients.

**Salary**: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
