**Your Mission**
- 1. Revamp and Deliver Curriculum_
- In the first three months, customize our A & E Math curriculum to make it more engaging and relevant.
- Introduce innovative teaching techniques to suit different learning styles. Aim for a 15% improvement in student outcomes by the end of the first academic year.
- 2. Boost Student Engagement_
- Set up a system to track student performance by the end of your first semester.
- Use data to tailor your teaching methods, targeting a 20% increase in student engagement through participation and assessment scores.
- 3. Professional Growth and Teamwork_
- Attend bi-monthly workshops and collaborate with your peers.
- Lead a workshop on innovative math teaching techniques by the end of your first year, adding to our best practices.

**Who We're Looking For**

1. Malaysian, under 30.
2. Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
3. Passionate about teaching with a dynamic approach.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Eager to learn and grow professionally and personally.

**Work Hours**

1. Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
2. Weekends: Flexible hours between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM, with a balanced workload not exceeding 44 hours per week.

**Compensation**

1. Monthly salary from RM8000 to RM10000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
