**Responsibilities**:

- Lead production planning and execution of schedules and processes.
- Manage production costs and budgets.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Analyse all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and organise schedules maintenance works to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- Oversee equipment installation and ensue operational readiness.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor in any manufacturing / engineering studies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production and manufacturing industry, preferably sawmill factory.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Excellent organisational and leaderships skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per month
