1. Held a morning meeting for Line Leaders and Operators at every start of work. 2. Provide training, tests and briefing to old and new operators and leaders. 3. Reviewing operator skill levels every 6 months (Skill Map) provided by Line Leader. 4. Ensure that all operators and leaders carry out their work according to the safety characteristics set. 5. Conduct and guide QCC activities. 6. Arrange and manage wire reject from Production and Assembly 7. Make a Pick List and order materials from inventory. 8. Making sure to take material from inventory to production to prevent the machine from stopping 9. Ensure that all models are ready according to the Cutting Schedule that has been set. 10. Ensure that each operator carries out the tasks that have been arranged. 11. Ensure that the check sheet and daily records are filled in correctly by the operator. 12. Ensure there is communication exchange between night and day shifts. 13. Ensure the production of quality work and quantity on each part. 14. Ensure discipline and company rules are always followed by all employees. 15. Ensure that all machines in production have been regularly serviced by Maintenance. 16. Ensuring the production line is always ready for SPK monthly and annual audits as well as customer process audits. 17. Ensure output and target production achieve the goal. 18. Ensure all 4M and Work Compliance exchange records are updated and always check for unusual things. 19. Cooperate and help the operator when there is a problem. 20. Updating the models that have been set by Production Control. 21. Follow up on problems faced by Production with the relevant Department. (Maintenance, Inventory, QA etc.) 22. Planning work and overtime. 23. Have basic knowledge in IATF16949 and IS09001. 24. Complete tasks and instructions given by the Executive and HOD within the specified time.
