Immediate Hiring: - ADMIN (Sankyu Malaysia Sdn Bhd)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ADMIN SUPERVISOR

(Office Task)

Ø Creating and issuing invoices to customers.

Ø All General Admin / Account

Ø Prepare Purchase requisition (PR) and Purchase order (PO)

Ø Responsible for Internal / External audit preparation

Ø Monthly Key in Billing into System

Ø Manage Driver Schedule

Ø Organizing office operations, supplies and handling inquiries.

Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing materials, reports, and documents

Ø Assist to key in invoices

Ø Perform data entry, scanning, file and documentation

Ø Assists in report generation, to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/ year end closing for management review

Ø To handle accounting daily work such as maintain company’s accounting record, filing.

Ø To assists superior as when required.

Ø To execute admin related issues.

Ø Raise PR/PO to vendors using KEF system.

Ø Follow up on the Purchase Order & Job completion

Ø Ensure accuracy in updating of any data into system.

Ø Tracking Orders status and follow up

Ø Any other duties / assignments given by the Supervisor / Unit Head

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
