Key Responsibilities:

- be an approachable and knowledgeable face in our motorcycle showroom
- represent Guan How Superbike Centre Sdn Bhd in a professional manner
- identify customer requirements and support them through their purchase journey
- address customer complaints and enquiries promptly with a comprehensive follow up
- be active and engage on social media to promote and create sales leads
- upsell where possible to enhance the customer’s motorcycle experience
- attend roadshows and events to promote products and brands
- create a strong bond with customers and the local motorcycle community
- build long term customer relationships
- support other departments to deliver the highest level of customer buying experience at all times
- strive towards winning awards and recognition both individually and as a collective team
- maintain daily the cleanliness of the showroom and bikes
- be able to promote motorcycle accessories and riding apparels and take care of the inventory

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you MUST
- BE WILLING TO LEARN
- have good knowledge of the motorcycle industry
- have a die-hard passion for motorcycles
- have excellent communication skills
- have a full B license
- have previous sales experience with transferable skills for motorcycle retail industry
- be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- be determined to achieve all sales targets and performance expectations
- be able to adapt and be comfortable with fast-paced environments
- be prepared to support all members of the dealership when required
- willing to travel outstation for training courses, roadshows and events
- comply with company’s SOP
- possess a strong and healthy lifestyle. Exercising and training in any kind of sports after work will get you extra consideration.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
