Job description:
- Compile and present quality reports; lead internal and customer quality review meetings.
- Coordinate nonconforming product control, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective and improvement plans.
- Manage customer complaints, conduct failure analysis, and oversee corrective action and improvement plans.
- Participate in new project and transfer project qualification activities.
Job requirement:
- At least 7 years of the experience in handling customer quality issue
- Experience in Quality / Customer Service / Engineering / Program Management field is preferred.
- Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively with other function teams
- Able to work in a team and individually
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
