**Working Location: Hovid Chemor**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide **end-user support** for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems faced by employees.
- Assist in **network administration**, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Install, configure, and maintain **workstations**, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Conduct regular **system backups** and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in **IT security** measures, including monitoring for threats and implementing security protocols.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
**Qualifications**:
- **Diploma or degree** in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Experience** in providing end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with **networking concepts** (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Proficiency in **Windows operating systems** (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
- Knowledge of **user management** (Active Directory, user accounts, group policies).
- Good understanding of **hardware components** (CPU, RAM, hard drives, etc.).
- Excellent **communication skills** and ability to work well with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
**Additional Information**:
- This position requires **on-site visits** to manufacturing facilities.
- After-hours support may be necessary during critical incidents.
